Good morning ladies,

I was to excused to check in yesterday. I didn’t sleep much at my sister’s house, LOL! We had so much fun in Nuernberg. I didn’t get a workout in Saturday or Sunday, but we walked over 6 miles on Saturday to and from the fest. I count that as a workout. The weather was perfect Saturday evening, very hot! Music bands were playing everywhere town down Nuernberg. This was my first time going to that fest (I am from Nuernberg, what a shame!) , DH and I really enjoyed it. We definatly will go next year. They had food/drinks on every corner. It was my cheat day! LOL!

Today is M1D7 for me!

I am done with Disc 7 (chest, shoulders, biceps) Plus Ab Circuits “Medicine Ball Abs":D Had a great workout, my UB is on fire:eek:

Today I started a new rotation. I will be modifying it a little bit. Today was GS Chest and Triceps. I think I was near tears. Ok, maybe not - but my upper body was shaking! I pushed myself and made it through the drop set pushups on my toes - I was so proud!
Got burned by the sun this weekend - missed some spots with the sunblock...grrr...

Off to work!

Conffesion Time
Today ive got some damage control to do from last night! I had two bowls of cereal late last night and i woke up feeling terrible bout it:(. My day yesterday was good for the most part...but DH got home from work around 6pm and he pulled a muscle in his lower back,poor thing, so i went looking for the heating pad & ice pack. Between nursing him and being a referee with my kids(they fought all afternoon:confused: ) i was ready to scream come about 10pm.:mad: So no wonder i dove into 2 bowls of chocolate marshmallow matey's.... I should of wrote im my 'emotinal diary' instead,afterall,thats what its there for:rolleyes:.

So,with that said...im on week 2 of my rotation, doing all UB from powerhour then i will hop on the treadmill for CCV3.

OMG..I almost forgot. After my rotation im seriously thinking about doing P90X:eek::eek::eek::eek: Ive got three weeks to think about it....any thoughts on the program?
 
Amelia - Don't beat yourself up so much! Things happen. Just as long as you can pick yourself up the next day and move past it that is all that matters. (which I know you can and will do!) I have looked into P90X - but DH would hurt me if I paid that much for another workout series...sigh. I've read other people post comments about it and they seem to like it. I never put much faith in claims to look a certain way after doing a workout program though.

I didn't get any of Cathe's new programs, so I actually did DH a favor,lol. Ive see it go on ebay for bout 40bucks....:eek:. I hear if you follow the meal program too ,you lose alot of weight and lean out...thats what i need ,something completely different from what ive been doing. Im looking to lose atleast 20lbs.
If you decide to do it let me know...im going to do it after FF's rotation in about 3wks! And thanks,im trying not to give my little cheat last night much thought:)
