I think today will be an overall body workout from The Firm Vol 6. It has upper,lower,cardio and abs. Approx. 50min long including a stretch at the end.
Dinner is already cooking: From ECM pg.23 Chicken Barley Stew.

No real doms to speak of from p90x...kinda disappointed but the workouts are fun so far. yoga was alright...not much of a yoga fan but i plan on sticking to this program even if i don't want to do the workout...Hey,congrats on your weightloss!!!! Is that recent? Are you still doing the JM program?

Amelia: I am not on-line at JM anymore. I liked the recipes for the most part and didnt have time to keep up with all the other members log in's. The workouts are ok but notas much weight work as I like.
I am mixing it up with different types of programs at this point to keep my interest up. I am looking for a loss of at least 5-8#'s at this point because my slacking off is starting to show! I lost the 4#'s from being sick last month but have gained at least 3 back! Ooops! Maybe it is water.....LOL!
Nice job on the yoga and run. Ya just couldn't skip that run eh? HEHE!
