My workout for today is M2 disc 14, legs:rolleyes: My legs are still sore, I still don't feel my UB! LOL! I never got my ab workout in, didn't had it in me.
I will do it today:p

I am just finshed M2 disc 14 (legs);) I like it! LOL!

I also did the extended stretch, my legs are tight! I still need to get a ab workout in today.

I will be back to post my workout. BBL!
 
Morning

Today is Shoulders/arms/abb ripper. Ive had stomach ache for last two days now, it Sooooooo annoying. Im thinkin it has something to do with my protein increase on monday.

Belinda-Nice job on your workout! I may have to skip my abb ripper today, i can't imagine doing them with the way my stomach feels right now:(

Just piping in here....

Very long day yesterday and today. No workout either day!

Met with my Mom for breakfast and a couple stores. Had to go straight to work after.

Today was loads of paperwork. I am just wiped out today and just wanted so badly to crawl back into bed.

Amelia: How's the new P90X going for you? Is it a good burner? ;) I hope your tummy gets better soon.

Belinda: Nice job on your legs! Even after all that running and biking you did the other day.

It is getting dark earlier here now. :( Sign of school to come for my DS. He starts back on Tues next week. I feel that his summer was cut short due to the all the bad weather we had for the first 2months.

Amelia: How is school going for your kids? You must miss them a lot during the day.

If I can get my ambition up I will attempt a walking workout on the TM and maybe get those darn abs in. Ok Belinda I am waiting for you to do yours too! :)
Although your probably sleeping by now.
