I am done with disc 13 :rolleyes: I had no energy today, had to drop my weight a few times today. I am should have taken a rest day yesterday, not workout like a crazy person:rolleyes::mad: Thanks to DH:mad::mad:

I will post my workout later, can't lift my arms right now. It hurts typing:p

This weekend was very busy with the family so I didn't get a chance to get on-line or get in a workout. I have been slacking off big time!

My internet service has been acting up as well! This is so frustrating because I go to do something and it crashes in the middle. Have to call the service company today to complain. Why pay for something that keeps crashing!

Anyway.....Off to do a fun step workout. :)

Workout done. It was challenging...I don't think i was able to do a single dive bomber,my goodness:confused:But i finished it. Abb ripper is tough too...definitely room for improvement on this workout. I was able to do 12 pushups on my toes:cool:(lol)

My before pics are kinda disappointing:( i really didn't think my middle/legs were so heavy...oh well, im not going to let it discourage me or distract me. Im sticking to my cals and workouts,something positive is bound to happen. I will post my pics when i feel more comfortable posting:confused:.

Tony Horton is such a Character..he's about 90% Hilarious and about 10% annoying:rolleyes:. He moans during water breaks...LOL

Hi Heidi, Amelia and Karen,

Heidi, yesterday DH and I went for a 4.5 mile run + we went on a 5.5 mile bike ride. My legs are like jello today. To top things off I can’t lift my arms, I will have DOMS tomorrow. That’s for sure! Hope you get a chance to get a workout in today. Yikes, about your internet, hope it get’s fixed soon.

Amelia, Cathe does those dive bomber in BC, those are tough. Just do what you can, keep trying. Eventfully you will be able to do them. ^^^5’s on the push ups! That’s fantastic, girl! You will be so much happier if you see your After pictures, do what you been doing. You doing great.

I am back from work. I did the LIS step workout this morning. It was so hot and humid even wth the a/c on I was soaked like I just came in from swimming!

Amelia! Awesome job on those push-ups! You have been working hard and it shows for your strength has improved big time! :) I am going to have to check out BC to see what "Dive Bombers" are. ;)
Why does he moan when getting a drink is it because he is really burned out or just so happy to be taking a break! HAHA!

Belinda: Wow woman no wonder your arms are fried! Great job! That sure was a killer cardio workout on your legs too! I hope you can move tomorrow. LOL! :)

I guess I better get going on dinner plans. Have a great evening!

Hallo,

I just woke up, stiing here and drinking my coffee. I have major DOMS in my LB as well as UB:confused: After I wake up, I will do cardio, maybe I will go for a run, not sure yet?

Heidi, WTG, on LIS today, woking out in humidity makes it tough:confused:

Amelia, how is your back and chest feeling today?
