Yesterday I did one hour yoga.

I just did CCV3 outside. I burned 450 cal., no spirnts. I did a nice, easy and sweaty run:p:eek: I do have to admit, I had a hard time not to sprints:rolleyes: It is my recovery week!

Off to enjoy the day.

Morning

Today i will do what i was suppose to do yesterday. Chest & Triceps then some cardio, maybe some abb work.

There's a story on the news that has scared me. I women in her 40's disappeared last tuesday evening. She was walking in her neighborhood, talking on the phone to her boyfriend when the boyfriend heard her struggle with someone. They haven't found her yet:(.

So, im doing cardio indoors today:confused:

Today was yoga for me. Baron Baptiste's Power into Yoga?? Something like that. I love this one. I was amazed that I could still do the crow pose. I was so excited about that! I didn't attempt the wheel pose though - my back doesn't seem as limber as it used to. Maybe next week I will try that one again. :)

Amelia - what kind of neighborhood are you living in? JK. That is pretty scary. This is exactly why I don't like going out by myself. People think I'm crazy...I think I'm just paranoid. Your strong though - no one will mess with you!
 
Good Morning to you all,

Sorry I missed ya yesterday for it was a very busy day to start with at work.

I did itri #16 sprints for my workout. Phew! Belinda that is a good one! I did the TM first and worked into an easy run up to 5.5 to test my ankle. It was tight at first but it got better. Next was cycle for 4miles and then back to the bike. I managed a top speed (safely mind you) 6.2 on the last sprints. :) Was very happy to be able to run again!!!

Karen: I know what you mean about that lack of being limber....I had to LOL trying to do the bow stretch at the end of that workout. ;) Keep up with the Yoga and you'll be more limber in no time. I will do the same! I used to do yoga at least 2-3 times a week but got away from it because of time constraints. It does take time for this!

Belinda: Nice run this morning! Don;t forget your abs! LOL :) It is too hot here for me to run outside. Going to be in the upper 90's today and I hate the heat!

Amelia: I heard that story too! Very scary! I know a lot of my neighbors and feel fairly safe to run outside. If there was ever a problem I would run to the nearst house. The only problem I find here is that some of the neighbors think it is ok to let their dogs run loose which end up following me around the loop and back home again. I get other neighbors looking at me like they are mine and how rude I must be not to have them on a leash. All I can do is shrug and say they aren't mine.
I am joining you today with GS chest and tri. Which are you doing? :) When do you start P90X?

Workout done,burned 378. Did my own mix of weights then jumped on the treamill for 30mins

Karen-LOL, yeah, i wil pull out my kick,punch crunch moves on a kidnapper:p;):rolleyes: DH wants me to bring our huge lab mix with me...she is just SO ANNOYING to run with though:confused:. I think if i stick close to the house,i will be ok. Great workout girl!

Heidi-There are alot of dogs running loose in my neighborhood too, kinda frustrating when im jogging and they think im running from them and they start barking and running after me:rolleyes:. And yeah,i also get the ones that want to follow me around:confused:. I talked to my neighbor this morning,she has lived in this neighborhood for 15+yrs and says its perfectly safe to run in...im still kinda paranoid:confused:. How was your GS workout? Im starting P90x monday, should recieve it soon...maybe tomorrow:eek:

Finished!

First I did the icycle portion of itread itri #16 for a warm-up.
Then hit the weights with GS chest and tri. PHEW! My arms were a shaking! ;)

I am sure I will be feeling this one tomorrow...or maybe later today. ;)

Amelia: Nice to get to know your neighbors in case you need to stop in quickly to protect yourself. I have always carried pepperspray in the past but now need to renew my liscense. I carried it more so for the bad dogs and possible run in with coyotes.

Great job on your workout! :) I love doing cardio mixed with weights when I can.

Off to more work.

Heidi, ^^^5’s on iTri sprints! Glad you liked it, it’s a tough one, ha! I am so happy your ankle didn’t caused you any trouble. If I waited a little longer to run this morning, it would have been to hot to run. I slept in this morning. Oh, I worked my abs yesterday, will do work them again tomorrow. I am also drinking lots of water, thanks for the reminder. Have fun with your chest & triceps wo. Today.
