Im getting the kiddo's ready for school then i plan on doing Bic's & Tric's and a nice powerwalk on the treadmill. Its just too hot to go out today:confused:

Wow, everyone is off to a good start already today!

I got up too late for Imax2 - so instead I did a 40 minute interval run and MM stretch. I'm glad I was able to work through those side stitches - boy was I spent after I was done. :)

Workout done...decided to take the dog for a walk,came home and did my own mix of bic's, tri's and abbs. Didn't burn alot of cals though,only 167:confused:

Heidi-one day, when i have a room that i can claim as my gym(lol) i will own a bike and do some of those icycle's...they sound fun! Great job girl

What a busy day! DH and I just had dinner, kitchen is clean again. Now I have a few minutes for personals!:eek:

Heidi, had to laugh at your post! I love heavy lifting, I can't wait for M2 and M3:p. I have to admit, I do have to slow my reps down. I get a head start on Cathe and she still catches up on me. I am like WTH?

Amelia, hope your kids have a great day at school today. WTG on icycle #8 plus Stretch Max #3 with band ( I love that one!). Glad you enjoyed your walk and biceps/triceps workout. You doing great, girl. Some days we are not into your workouts, you will kick butt next time.

Karen, fantastic job with your run this morning. I am really getting into yoga, love it.

Nice job on the workout! I can't believe my heartrate monitor most of the time. As long as you feel you got in a good workout who cares what those numbers say. ;)

You would love those icycles! That #8 40min was tough! My legs were fried after all those hill runs!

Belinda: I am so proud of you and your accomplishments in your strength! You are one strong chick I must say. ;)
Your doing good going at your pace instead of ending up throwing the weights just to keep up. Great Job!

Hieidi, THANK your so much for your kind worda! I am so proud of you and your accomplishments in your strength also! Witout you girls, I wouldn't be where I am right now. I couldn't lift 8 pounds, 2 years ago. I think Cahte has air in her weights :eek::p I love coming here every day,thanks for beeing here, You girls, rock!
