I just finished 4DS LIS + Shoulders + Yoga Zone " Total Body Coditioning"! :p I am glad I am done!

Tonight I will go to a x-mas party! I still have to make my dough my "Butternut Squash Tortellini with Brown Butter Sauce" .:p:p

Are you doing the weight work twice?
To answer your ? from last night I am a mesomorph I guess. This is between both Endo and Ecto. It doesn't take much for me to gain muscles but it takes more cardio to loose those extra pounds. So on weight days I will be doing the same as you by adding cardio but only doing the weights once through. Cardio days I will be doing between 40-60min worth.

Heidi-i took a body type test and it said that i was a meso(something) with endo tendencies....I wonder if i should do more cardio? right now im doing four sessions a week and there usually around thirty minutes! What do you think? I lift light for my lower half and heavy for my upper body.

its all so confusing...i just want to make everyworkout count!

today is my cheat/no counting calorie day...thankgoodness because ive been really testing my will power the last two days-but i made it. Im down five lbs of water weight. Just gotta keep going...

today is a thirty minute run and then a thirty minute powerwalk(doing 60min cardio today)

done with my run and powerwalk....ended up running for 22minutes then powerwalked the rest for a total of 40mins. I watched the Karate Kid while doing my workout,lol...love my 80's movies:cool:

I did the Step Blast but without the challenge. I will have to work up to that one! Each combo took me two times through to get the footing down. ;)

So here is what I did:
Step Blast all 3 combos
bike cardio 7.30miles while watching the challenge. ;)

I have showered and been working since. It just dawned on me that I forgot to go back and do the stretch! I guess I will add in a stretch later.

Belinda: Nice job on the -5#'s!!! Because of my mixed up weeks I went back up! DARN! I have to try to stick to this rotation!!!

Amelia: Nice run and powerwalk! My kids watched that movie not too long ago. It is a good one. Still get teary eyed from it. ;)

Well another Cathe sticker on my calendar. I am looking forward to see the month full of them!!!
