Good morning ladies,

I am getting us started! DH and I just came back from the doctor again. I will get same lunch and take the dogs for a walk! BBL!

Belinda-Enjoy your dogwalk...I was able to walk my doggie three days last week:eek: And one of those walks was a little jog in there,she stayed with me really good. Im gonna try and walk her four days this week,i love it....so relaxing!

Hi again,

I pulled a muscle in my back! I have no luck:( I will do a light stretch/yoga, see if that helps:eek: It hurts like hell when I breath in! If I feel better tomorrow I will start a new rotation. I am also looking at Cathe Sept.07 circuit city rotation.Or should I stick with FF's circuit roation?

Amelia** no dog walk today! My back hurt to much, I am afraid if the dogs pulling me!

finished my workout! Did what i said I was going to do....felt good to get it in and out of the way!

Belinda-Guess its just you and me today girl! I hope your back is fine in the morning,i know all to well about those back injuries...no fun:( Maybe its nothing serious....how did you do it? That rotation looks tough,lol....ive turned into a wimp i guess! Week two alone makes me tired reading it:confused:;):D

Hi all! A late check-in, but . . . I just finished my workout. Basic Step, and am I out of shape! I can't believe it. I feel so lame. But I know if I do this regularly, I'll get back there quickly. So for the rest of the week, I'll be doing the beginner DVD. And trying to keep the eating clean!

Belinda - How's DH today? Better after the visit to the doctor? I think you have a great rotation planned for the month.

Amelia - Glad you enjoyed Imax2. And the walks with the dog.

We have about an inch of snow on the ground, with another 1-3 coming tonight. Tomorrow should be a frustrating drive in to work.
