Dizzy on the treadmill!

Lately I have been working out after work and after being on the treadmill for around 20 minutes I get that dizzy feeling like low blood sugar. I run home and eat and then have this terrible craving for sugar, I am wondering if I need to eat before I work out? I never have this problem first thing in the morning before breakfast.

Has anyone experienced this?
 
You really should have alittle something to eat before you workout. A protein shake, a slice of toast w/ someting esle, ect. It will really help. It will give you energy from being drained at work}(
Just make sure you give yourself a few minutes after you have something ot eat before you workout. This will help prevent tummy aches, headaches, maybe even dizziness. My guess is you expirence dizziness since you don't have something to eat before you workout. Give your body the fuel. Just make sure its healthy fuel;-)
