Hey! Haven't seen you here in a while. How goes the mountain biking? You might be dissapointed in me, . . I still haven't converted to clips. I purchased them and the shoes you reccomended but they are both still in the box! My DH took 3 nice big falls that really freaked me out and has taken away any confidence I had. 
A shame really I think I was doing pretty good if I do say so myself. Maybe 2010 will bring forth more confidence. Hope all is well.
