DH is OK!

Just wanted to tell you guys DH's cholestoral is 228. That's 1/2 of what they told him it was when he had it checked at work! He's still going to eat healthier tho. So I'm glad about that.

They wouldn't let him go to Iraq to work because of it being so high. Our doc thought the test they did at work was wrong and retested him Thursday. We believe he was not meant to go on that trip. We said if it was meant to be it would've happened, and 3 days before he was supposed to go we got this news.

I'm so grateful he's ok.

Oh and my knee xrays were normal. So I'm going to get my hip checked to see if that's causing the pain. If it's something I have to deal with, that's fine. I just want to make sure I'm not doing any damage.

That's awesome news about your DH! That would have been scary if it really were that high. Whew! And you're right - he must not have been meant to go to Iraq.

Good for you for trying to find out the source of your knee pain. I think too often when they tell us they can't find anything we are too embarrassed to push. But sometimes we need to. You know your own body. Take care of it!

Kali, that's great news!! I'm so happy that your DH is trying to clean up the diet, too. I can see your influence at work here--good for you, girl!
