What have you been using the most? What have you been using the second most? You may want to try whichever series you have not used much to change things up and see if that gives you a little more definition. OR you could take whatever series you have been using the most and work on increasing the weight used. Another idea may be to use S&H one week and PUB the next to alternate strength and endurance to see if that helps your definition pop out a little bit more.
