December Rotation check in

Hi Everyone - I'm going to do Cathe's December rotation and thought I'd start a check in thread. If your also doing the rotation, let's check in daily.

Today I did 39 min of DM Premix 1. I love the pendulum cardio drill with the stability ball. I can really feel my core engage during this exercise. I could only do 15 push ups on my knees. I did 10 reps of 10 different ab exercises for a total of 100 different crunches.

How did you do?

Good Evening Carment,

I didn't do DM but I did do the pushups and all 200 crunches of different varieties. Tomarrow I plan on doing BM2 timesaver cardio.
