Good Morning Girls :)

Today was GS legs standing and coremax 2. I did both and had a really good workout. I upped my weights for legs, except the squats. Sitting here, I feel it already!

stats:
squats: 35#
front lunges: 12#
rear lunges: 12#
plie squats: 2/15#
deadlifts: 40#
slow motion lunges: 5# (really wanted to do 3#!!!!)

Gin~ I answered you post yesterday:) 99% worried about getting up, but also want a break with heavy lifting before the new series:) I keep checking the blog waiting for an update!!

Marcy~ Looking forward to seeing what you come up with for a rotation.

today is another rainy, chilly day. I refuse to be in the house all day again, so I think we may go see underdog today(the movie~ haven't heard good or bad about it so we'll see)
