Happy Sat ....

Had a great date night...no workout but fun kind...;)....went to bed earlt for fri night...and got up early..been cleaning house..doing laundry...just finished extended workout and lunch...speed n agilty done..plus the last disc of sts meso 1....took me long enuf...not sure if I want to repeat meso 1 or move on ahead...????? Only fit in 2 UB disc a week...???? So idk..????

I am about to go out poolisde..it is gorgeous... and it is calling my name..

Wendy..may I ask what is "rapture"????

Di..what about an asylum / sts rotation?

Lori..your off days..have been slammed huh?

Happy Saturday Ladies,

I got a late start this morning, becaused I lazed around in bed with DH watching TMZ of all things. I did Amy Bento Slo Mo Legs, thought I was doing the full body premix.:mad: Then I threw in GS UB but only managed Chest, Back and Shoulders. It was after 1pm and I was feeling quesy, probably from not eating.

The rest of the day will be household chores. I've been purging a ton of stuff and it feels great. I want to keep the momentum going. Our family of 5 has a lot of crap.

Laura-Nice w/o today! I still think A&S is the hardest asylum w/o! I really want to get my regular Insanity discs back from my friend. My body seems to respond well to that hard core HIIT. One of my coworkers wants me to run a half marathon with him in October. I'm all over the place as far as workouts but need to get a rotation going soon. Don't ya know, it's the end of world...where have you been girly???

Wendy-wow, you were up and rarin' to go early this morning, and you probably got to sleep in to boot!!!;) Hope your hair turns out great!

Lori-hope you have fun at the cabin tonight.:D

Now that I ate I feel much better. I think I will go finish Biceps, Triceps and abs!

Good Afternoon Ladies!

Well DH took DS to the park this morning while I was getting my hair done so I was able to check that off my to do list w/o having to do it. :p It's good cause I really didn't have time anyway even though spending some time in the gorgeous weather would NOT have upset me! ;)

Cleaning/doing laundry right now but going to start cooking shortly. Chicken rollatini is on the menu for tonight. Sounds super yummy! Can't wait to try it and only 4 or 5 WW points per serving Diana! :) I'll be serving it with salad.

Laura:: Rapture is what some folks on FB are affectionately calling this end of the world crap that supposed to be happening today. :rolleyes: Hope you enjoy your sunning/pool time! I would love to have some of that but I don't have a pool and no time to sit in the sun today. :(

Diana:: My hair turned out awesome! I am so happy! Looks better and better every time! :) Sorry about the confusion with the premixes on your work out this morning. That would :mad: me too. IKWYM about the queasy thing. I wasn't queasy but felt the need to drink a bit of juice between my weight work and my cardio this morning to keep me going. Sometimes ya just need that extra push, ya know? I am sure it was the timing of my work out. I started it when I would normally be done and eating a piece of fruit already. I ate a slice of ww toast with 1/2 tbsp of p/b before I started my w/o but it just wasn't enough by that time. Oh well-I got through it! Oh yes, I slept in alright...I got up at 5. I'm usually up at 4:30. Oy. I like to sleep til 7 on weekends but it wasn't happening this morning. Kinda glad it worked out that way though cause if I slept til 7 my w/o would not have gotten done before my hair appt and then I would have been stressing over when to fit it in!!!

K, gotta run. BBL or in the morning! Who ever gets here first tmrw, don't forget to start the new thread! :)

Popping back in quickly to say that the chicken rollatini I made was very good. DH and DS loved it! :) It's a good thing too coz we are eating the leftovers on Monday! ;)
