Damage Control *Week of March 20th*

Good Morning!

Just getting us started. I was gonna check in from home but DD's computer kept freezing up on me.....Ugh!

I am going to see what I missed over the last few days and I will return!

Alright...I could have kept reading past my last post Im sure but there was alot to catch up on. Hopefully this week will be better b/c I am off all week and my afternoon client is away. Soooo that means I will have more free time and I hope to fill some of that void with studying.

Yesterday's workout was 50 mins of cardio and HR UB. Today I did bit of a mish mosh. I did Kari Andersons abs, 25 mins (3 miles) on the TM, 30/30, 1/2 of DWP, HR LB and some of the GS floor work.

Diana** I had to laugh when you said DH had to much to drink. Ive been there:p And I have also watched other women cut their DH's off. Now, I have never had to do that with DH. He usually get hyper and does weird stuff. One time we were at a wedding and he was certain someone put something in his drink. He wouldn't admit to being that drunk. He was also paranoid...lol...he was wondering why people were looking at him a certain way:rolleyes: He still sticks to the story that someone put something in his drink. I think he wants to think that someone wanted to take advantage of him:eek: Sorry the scale is up a bit. I am sure if you stick to your guns you can get it back down. Its not the VS prices that are crazy, its the duty I pay. AND I know why now. Its b/c the website is in US Funds! Even though they ship within Canada! How DUMB Is THAT!?

Wendy** Sounds like you had a ME day yesterday....go,go,go. Probably another reason why I have the cold right now. I went to bed with DS last night and DH had a hard time waking me. He said that he thought I was dead...he pushed me, he shook me, he moved my arms and then finally he started moving my leg back and forth, which woke me. I was more tired then I thought.

O.k....I should do a little work I suppose. I am sure I will bbl!

Hi ladies,

Not much on the agenda for today. I may make a to do list for stuff to get done around the house....such as staining our fence. It may take several weeks to get it all done, by the house will look good by summer!

DH made us breakfast this morning. I had one egg, one piece bacon on a sandwich thin. It was a nice change from cereal. I'll have to wait a bit before I can w/o though.

I have a Drill Max premix on tap for today and abs. I've been using my ab wheel and my abs have been so sore....obviously it's working!

I played Adventure games on the Kinect last night. OMG, I was sweating. It is so much fun. I also practiced some Dance Central! What a hoot. I'm up to 76% from my initial 6%.:p

Lori-you must've missed my post where I said my weight was back down the very next day....so weird. I'm happy just the same. Your mish mosh looks great! Hope you feel better soon. I did MM yesterday, and I was going so much heavier than Cathe....makes me feel so strong!

Wendy-do you have a crockpot? We use ours quite a bit. Some suggestions:
-chicken breasts covered with condensed cream of chicken soup
-pork tenderloin covered with condensed cream of mush. soup
-pork tenderloin covered with bbq sauce (use for sandwiches too)
These are all quick and easy. Just put together in the crockpot before work, then steam some vegetables when you get home and dinner is ready!
