2/3's Insanity PCC
Tonique Mat Back Lying work thru leg circles (basically stopped when she started working abs)
100 lower ab hip lifts
50 inner thigh leg lifts per side
10 inner thigh leg circles in each direction on each side

DONE AND AWESOME!:D
 
Good Morning Ladies!:)

Finally....I sensible morning home with just me and DS:) Not that I don't like it when DH is off but when its just the two of us I get to do whatever. Yesterday I felt like I couldn't get a weight workout in b/c DH wanted to do something. Back to work tomorrow and I am o.k with it. I feel like I had a half decent break....plus...I am off for 6 days after tomorrow!!!:):)

So I am going to get a good cardio in today and a full body weight workout. It looks windy out so I will probably just do hills and sprints on the TM for about 40 mins or so.

Wendy** Enjoy your workout! DH had a little sleep in yesterday morning....are you surprised? LOL I think he woke up around 10:30. Then when he got out of bed he kept telling me how tired he was. Lucky for him I am a morning person and I didn't mind getting up at 8:30 with DS. That isn't real early for me anyway.

Diana** DH did our lawns yesterday and they look very nice as well. Its amazing how it goes from soggy brown grass to nice green grass in no time. I didn't get much housework done yesterday either. I think I need to sweep and mop downstairs today! Ugh! I don't get back until Monday night.

Laura** I knew you would have a great weekend. Just think that you are giving your body a good break before you kick your own butt again! LOL

Jacque** Hopefully you will get out of your little rut soon. I hate feeling like that and i think we all go through it. I am sure a good workout will do you wonders. I know I keep telling myself I have to start the marathon off slow....hopefully I will remember that. I don't cope well when people are zooming by me;) I like being the person passing people. I will have to tell myself that I will pass those people later...when they are walking and I am still running!!! hehe!

O.k....I will bbl to report my workout. I may get it started sooner then later. I am not sure what we will do today. One of my friends is off today so I might see if she wants to get together this afternoon. I have already started thinking about what I need to pack. The weather is warm where I am going so I guess it will be shorts and capris. I also need to find my sandals!

Diana:: Did you enjoy 40/20? That's the hardest of the HiiT work outs in my opinnion!

GOSH ..

I swear .. Jacque you passsed the bad vibes to me .. it has been one of those BS DRAMA packed STRESSFULL freaking days at the asylum .. and PIA has PI$$ED me off ROYALLY!!! :mad: :mad: :mad: I knew it was coming .. she has been too good for too long .. but man she PI$$ED me off today .. BOY oy BOY did it fly all over me ..

UGH .. and my stupid rib is hurting more today .. I think it is b/c I am doing more .. moving more .. we walked again last night for about 2 1/2 hours .. and one hill bout got me .. had to stop .. had shooting pains in ribcage :( :mad: :( ??? seems it is sorer .. tighter .. ???? which is ticking me off big time!!

Wendy .. your workout sounded devine today .. I am soooo jealous .. I am in serious exercise DT's!!!!

Lori .. when i ran races that was the hardest (races not marathons mind you).. to not want to pass people at the start .. b/c it is the competitiveness that makes you want to beat them ... but keep repeating .. they gonna burn out .. gonna burn out!!

Di .. 40/20 is a tough one .. but it does fly by!!!

Jacque .. shame on you passing your funk to me .. LOL .. MAN ... I gotta shake it .. but too many stressfull things going on in my life.. and PIA just stepped on that LAST nerve :mad:

OK .. we are walking again today .. it looks like possible rain .. so we are gonna have a driver near as to not get caught in it .. at least walking is some sort of movement .. Lord knows I sweat hard enough .. GEESH .. we had a HORRIBLE storm when I got home ysty ... high winds, torrential rains and HAIL ... I think it was a tornado somewhere .. it was just in our little 5 mile stretch .. ?? ODDDDDD!!! OK .. better run .. exercise for me .. BBL .. have a great one!:)

Here you go...I will bump us back up to the top!!:D

Thought I would check in while DS is outside playing and I am watching him from the kitchen! LOL Its cold out there but he doesn't seem to mind.

Today's workout was BM UB (boy she moves fast in that one!) 5 miles the TM and most of Disc 9, which is legs. I also did CM1. Seems like a long workout but I got to hit every body part that I feel like I have missed the last week. I may do one more UB workout before I go away. I know a girl that did a HM a while ago and when she was training she didn't lift one weight. I wouldn't be able to do that. I think I love weights just as much as cardio.

Diana** I think 40/20 is the toughest as well. I don't really DWP that much b/c you repeat everything. I like to do something and then move on!

Laura** I was wondering where PIA was....you haven't mentioned her in a long time. Did you go up one side of her and down the other?? Or did you just shake your head and walk away? Sometimes I wish I could freak out at people when they need it...but I never have it in me!

Lori .. LOL ...I politely told her she was FULL OF IT .. and have feeling she got message I was not happy ;) ... I WISH I could EXPLODE .. and let her have it .. geesh .. :mad:
