Hi ladies,
Another weekend is here! Time to get my sweaters out and into my closet, it is getting very cool very quickly.

Today was Xtrain legs, and x10 low impact Hiit. These two went together quite nicely.

Today I did STS Meso 3 shoulders/bi's/tri's + Jessica Smith Cardio Abs - the first 28 minute segment. She is a solid intermediate for me.

I love your combo this morning.

Hi Ladies today was Zumba Activate CD 45 min workout. Then a quick 10 min intense total body/bodyweight workout to include burpees, one arm db swings, plyolunges, pushups and pike pushups. Thinking about getting a kettlebell and a kettlebell workout.

Then a little shopping with mom. Its gorgeous here today. :cool:

Hi all,

Finally done with homecoming (s). DS girlfriend goes to a different school so he had two events this year.
Today was PRS 2 and the abs from ME. I started the step workout but had to shut off the vocals because they were so loud. Does anyone else get that?

Hi Ladies! Today was the kickbox and dumbbell drills premix from KellyCoffey Step box. 41 min workout. Worked out in the garage which is very hot, total sweat fest.

Later an evening stroll with mom.

Today I did not feel like working out at all.

Finally, I did Ilaria's Atletica 4 (I even did the burpees off my step) and the first SJP segments of Cathe's Greatest Hits. SJP is just pure fun. I was sweating from it and it doesn't feel like work!

Good workouts ladies. Hot in Florida? Not so much here.
