Today was Cathe Live Stability Ball total body workout.
Good rehearsal today - set is going up, things are getting exciting!
 
HI Conni,

Yesterday I was rushed. I am taking another certificate program through the local uni again. I did Xtrain Burn Sets Chest/back/triceps. I added on TA abs and a good stretch.
 
Hi Ladies,

This morning I did Xtrain Burnsets - Bi's/Shoulders + KB Strength + some pilates work. Long but good.

Can't believe I worked out. I stayed out last night and DH picked me up around 6:30 am with a hot cup of coffee.
 
Great work, Siobhan, hope you are resting this afternoon, you have had a busy couple of days!

Today was Party Rockin Step 1 for me..
