Good morning everyone,

Today I did Cathe Push Pull Upper Body Premix - 2 sets + SBF Plank workout + stretch + SBF Upper Body weights + SBF Killer Legs. It was a good long workout.

Have a great day friends. I have chores and studying. I am now completing a certificate in addictions counselling. It looks like I've found space to start my own practice this Fall! yeah. I will be doing it part-time only.

Today was slow and heavy chest and back? Cleaned out garage and now am relaxing

Hi Siobhan,
Got the garage done yesterday and it is pristine..for now.lol.
Today is pretty low key for a change, at least for the moment.

This morning was KPC, which I will not sub out maybe once a year...so I did it. It is a good cardio workout, but it just numbs me for some reason. My mine starts to wander a bit.
