Good morning everyone,
Today was a bit of a mish mosh due to ankle issues. I did:
Your best body - upper body premix (including cardio but subbed weighted boxing)
Then did Core Fusion 30 Day Sculpt Week 1 Day 2
Then did a few chapters of Squeeze
It's all I can do on account of my left foot. Ah well.
It's Canada Day here for us. Happy Canada Day! (long weekend)
