Daily Check In, Weekend of Dec. 28-29

Hi ladies,

Another crazy weekend here. Got the tree down this morning, so the house is back to normal, but only after kicking some serious teenage butt to get it done. Xbox games are now gone, just fed up with the lack of action and such, I have a lot to do and I would appreciate a little help and a sense of urgency, you know?? GRRRRR. I don't often get like this, but I have had it today.

This morning was X10 53, with high impact, cardio blast and circuit training. That was the only good spot in my day so far....

Woo hoo Conni your on fiyah!! You've accomplished so much today already. I just finished day one of the daily HIIT 7 day challenge. Did 3 rounds in 17:27. I was moving slow in that last round. I was suppose to do 5 rounds!

Off to walk the dogs, then the usual weekend chores. Drinking lots of water today too!! :D

Today I did Bob Harper Ultimate Cardio Body + 10 minutes of pilates from fitnessglo.

I did not know about dec. 26 not being a stat holiday in the US. That one surprised me. Good thing it's the weekend again.

Conni - you do seem on fire. I hope you are now relaxing. I'm sure you have a lot to do with the house, work, parenting and tending to your DH - not to mention life in general.

this morning I did a 20 minute iron yoga workout then moved onto a 33 minute intermediate yoga workout with tamal dodge.

Hi ladies,

I decided to redirect my energies to my workout this morning and less on tormenting my family.
Today was Step Blast (the whole darn thing) and the abs, planks and stretch segment from SJP.
After not doing SB for years, this was a fun workout.
Froze the majority of the remaining cookies this morning, must get my sugar under control again.

Just finished HIIT day 2 of the five day challenge. Sexy Sweat Off - Day 2 | The DailyHiit. This one was fun will all the rope skipping. I did 3 rounds in 18:44. I probably could have done one more round :confused: ....next time.

Conni I love SB....so much fun! I'm afraid to do any step with the bad knee. I may have to try one soon though....

Siobhan Iron Yoga, sound interesting...i'll need to look that one up.

Hi ladies,

We did major clearing in our house today - cleared out years of kids toys stored in a closet, barbies, little people, lego etc... wow.

I needed a break so I decided to workout again. I did STS Meso 1 disc 1 - chest/shoulders/bi's. I don't tend to like meso 1 but today I did. Hmmmph. go figure. I am going to do STS until I don't feel like it anymore.

I see we are all enjoying our day so that's good.
