Good Saturday morning everyone,

Today I did a short workout - busy day ahead. I chose Cathe's Intensity - double hiit + bootcamp but stopped at 35 minutes (I wasn't in the mood for leg/ab combo 'cos I did it last night which was another 10 minutes including cool down). This workout is a hidden gem on this dvd.
You will soon find out Conni ;).

I am a sweaty mess but in a good way.

Happy Saturday. Beautiful day. Lots accomplished except working out. I will make that up tomorrow.

Saw Bourne Legacy....the chase scene was exciting. I would recommend.

Hi ladies,

Pretty crazy day here. DH ended up in the ER very early this morning. I just got home from the hospital, but he has been admitted. Hopefully not too long of a stay, but it is exhausting.
So now I have just finished my cleaning and chores, but no workout today.

Siobhan - why do I have the feeling I am going to need Epsom salts???

Carmen - How about Crossfire tomorrow? I have that on the schedule before I go to the hospital. I need to kick some booty!!
 
Good morning everyone,

Late start today. This morning I decided to do Michelle Doizois Peak 10 Cardio Strength. This one is tough and I am a sweaty mess. Unfortunately, I am just not a fan of her workouts. I like her - just not her workout format.

Conni - I am so sorry to hear about your husband. I hope he is okay and that you are not overtaxed. I hope you do, indeed, squeeze in a de-stressor workout today.

Carmen - The movies? That's a nice Saturday thing to do.

Ladies I am soooooooooo on the fence about Xtrain. I still have Cathe's I have either not touched or barely touched. Moreover, from the LIS series I really only do afterburn and cardio supersets. I have done slide and glide and trisets maybe 2ce and turbobarre maybe 3 times - tops. What say friends - will I regret this?

Good Sunday ladies - just finished SP90 shoulders, biceps, triceps. I moved it pretty fast and used moderate heavy weights where I could. I feel stronger than when I last did this workout.

Connie so sorry to hear about your husband you are in my prayers. God is with you.

Siobhan - I've been looking at Xtrain myself. I dont have the old CTX series but everyone seems to love it. So I've been thinking about getting this new one myself. Only thing is I like short workouts. 40 min tops but 30 min ideal for me. That's why I love those bodyrock workouts and 4DS. So if these wokouts are short, I might just jump on them.

Hi ladies,

Sorry so late, but another day at the hospital. Thanks for all your prayers, I appreciate your support. I was taking a vacation day tomorrow, but I will spend it at the hospital instead. Don't know what is going on yet, I thought DH would be home by now, but it doesn't look that way.

Crossfire plus core today and I needed it!

Siobhan - I don't like Peak 10 Strength, but I do like the Interval Burn, go figure??

Siobhan and Carmen - I am probably ordering tomorrow, the price is too good even if you don't like all the workouts. I usually pass on preorders, but I really like the LIS series as well as CF and TTM, so.....
