Daily Check in, Weekend of Aug 24-25

Hi ladies,

Do we have a fun weekend in store?

Today was Total Body Trisets - all 86 minutes of it. I was pooped, but it was a good feeling to have the opportunity to do that long of a workout. Monday that will all change, but for now I am embracing it.
 
Wowww Conni - you are a star! What energy you have. I am impressed.

This morning I did Gym Style Chest and triceps minus band work. I added on Leah Sarago Total body lower body (20 min.) + her core workout (12 min.). It was good.

This morning I did 4DS Kickboxing + Tara Lee Yoga Earth practice 2 - 20 minutes.

I only have the energy because I have been getting some sleep for a change, lol!

Today was Xtrain Low Impact Hiit and Core 1.

Nothing crazy today, just getting ready for work tomorrow...:confused:
