Hi everyone,

Getting us started today - I did another circuit workout this morning due to the lackluster Circuit Blast yesterday. I did Jari's Ripped 1000. I really want to get the other two after that. I must keep my eyes out for a sale.

Annette- Glad orientation is going well, I am sure this will work out nicely for you.

Beavs - SJP is a classic, don't you think? You have to love the premixes on that dvd..

Carmen - We crate Sherman went we go out, too many horror stories. Have you thought of doing that?

Already made DS and DH a hearty breakfast of eggs, home fries, toast and ham. Shredded wheat for me today. Cleaning, errands and such on tap today.
 
Thanks for getting us going Conni! I completed back and biceps today - D18. I haven't done circuit blast yet. I'm with you about not being crazy about this series. I havent done any of the MMA yet as that isn't my thing. I also agree with Beavs! I think she said that the fun factor is missing. Exactly!! IM2 is a great wo!
 
Hi Ladies - Its day 27 of the JM 30 slim down rotation. Rest day today and I'm taking it!! Enjoying a cup of tea right now. Its been grey and raining all day. Temps hovering in 40's which is cold for these parts!

Annette - great to hear the orientation went well.

Connie - I have four dogs. One is in crate during day. The other three are well behaved in house during day besides the occasional bark when someone passes the house. But this week my husband was away for business and I think the male dog got mad and decided to "trash" the place.

Phyllis/Connie - Yesterday I did the cardio from BM2. I love the music and choreography of the very first combo (V then V to the back, cross country etc). I agree it has to be fun to want to do it.

Hi All!

Today was disc 21, Back&Biceps. Followed that up with CleanMax and LaundryMax. I also made a big pot of chicken soup :p There is only one more week of Meso 2, but I liked these workouts so much I'm thinking of repeating them for another month. I downloaded Tracy Staehle's Walking Strong and Walking Stronger...they look great.

Conni ~ Thanks for getting us started, sorry I missed breakfast!

Phyllis ~ That's it...the workouts aren't fun :confused: I think mine are going to be added to my sell pile.

Carmen ~ Sorry to hear about your bad doggie. Great job with the jillian workouts.

Happy Sunday..

Carmen - What kind of doggies do you have? We are such dog lovers. I would have as many as I could get if I had my way. How cool that you can leave yours out. I am afraid Sherman would eat the table or something. ( a dog that we know did that when their masters were at work..lol).

Today was ME, but I wanted more intensive low weight hi rep training, so I did MR Perfect 10 Workout Volume 1. I use 5 lbs and ankle weights and my body was shaking just the way I wanted.
Time to shower and do chores.

Beavs, Tammy - The fun factor is the big problem, you definitely nailed it Beavs. I love to work hard but I know you can have a good time while you are doing it, also.

Baking some carrot cupcakes today, then making my bbq chicken for dinner. Doing pretty well with the food this weekend, limiting my goodies. I will do even better at work, I know that.

My daughter is the same way. lol

I took a spinning class yesterday and let me tell you.....I LOVED it ! I mean just loved it.
Energy, music, fun class , great instructor, met some nice people who all where helpful when they learned it was our first time ! GREAT workout ! Yes, I am sore today but not as bad as I thought !
and it proved to me that my workouts at home rival workouts a a gym because I stayed right with them, the entire hour !!!!!!
I can't wait to go back.
Got my haircut afterwards............cut off 5 inches and I really love it !

Today I'm going to do back and biceps , the last workout in Meso 2 and then I get a rest week !!! yayyyyy !!!

Hi everyone - Sounds like you're all having a great day. Today I did JM No More Trouble Zones and took my dogs for a brisk 3 mile walk. My glutes are achin'

Connie - I have four dogs - three adopted from animal shelter, one from an animal rescue. Nico is a white boxer mix (the one that tipped the trash); Lola is a white american bull dog; Missy is a pit/lab mix; and Bella is an Red Nose American Pitbull Terrier (She just recently received her Good Citizen Medal). All are great dogs. I'm with you, If I could I'd rescue them all. BTW I LOVE CUPCAKES!!! Recipe please.

Becky - I bet your hair looks great! I'd love to see a pic.

Tammy - Enjoy your stretch. I think I may also stretch tonight.

I made salsa chicken in the crock pot for dinner. I serve it in a wrap. Going to pick up an avacado to have slice along side.
