Daily check in weekend April 16 & 17

Hi Carmen! Thanks for getting us started. Today I was going to do BootCamp, but at the last minute pulled Jari Get Ripped to the Core off the shelf...egads! That one is now in my 'to be sold' pile ;)

Hope everyone is enjoying their Saturday. Mine was filled with the usual Saturday chores :rolleyes:
 
Hello everyone,

I worked out late today. And, I didn't do much. I tried the warm up and first cycle of HSTA - just to see what it was about. Then I moved onto Butts and balance with Bob harper (I really like his stuff post biggest loser) which is about 20 minutes and then i did Cathe Ab Circuits - Pilates Abs. Too tired for much else. It ended up being 20 + 20 + 20 minute workout.

And Carmen, I think you asked what I'm studying? I think it was you. I am just finishing a Master's in Social Work. All course work is complete - just finishing research which is due at the end of June. Then I can finally exhale..... .

Sleep in and enjoy Sunday everyone.
 
Good Morning,

It's 8:08 am and I am officially finished for the day - maybe some ab circuits later - I really love Pilates Abs and Yoga Abs. I think Cathe does such a great job with both of these.

Today I did Slow & Heavy Chest + Power Hour Chest + Intensity Step only. I'm starving and sweating.

I hope everyone can have a slow and easy Sunday. It's snowing here for goodness sake.

Today is cardio for me and I'm going to do CC#7 :), love the music in that one. I found a rotation in Muscle and Fitness Hers that I may start tomorrow.

Sorry I missed you all yesterday, DH was in heavy withdrawal and it has been extremely stressful. Add my strained leg and I am a real mess, lol!

Anyways, Saturday was Jari' 1000, and then today was TK 34.

Congrats Carmen and Cecefifi on your master's. What an accomplishment!

I am now on the FF get ready for Summer rotation, I consider today day 1. Total body weights tomorrow.
 
Conni ~ Sorry to hear about your husband. I can't stand Jari's constant chatter about carbs/calories burned.
 
Hi everyone. I did not work out yesterday. Today I did supreme 90 cardio challenge. I like that one and the tabata one. The ultimate ball is good too. I have not tried any of the weight work yet. Does anyone have the spread sheets for this one?

Ceci good luck on that project. I remember working on my thesis and planning my second wedding while neck deep in a city budget. I'm glad u have time and energy to workout. That was before I found Cathe. At that time it was Denise Austin.....can u believe that? LOL
