Good morning everyone,
This morning I did STS Meso 2, week 2 back and bi's. I also added in Cross Fire Circuit Blast making my workout only a total 1:10 not bad (i shorten my rests in STS to 30 seconds to make up time).
I hope you all get in a great workout. I saw the results ladies. Just wondering how you are all feeling.....
