Today was RWH Lower body circuit ( the toughest of the series, imo..). I was sleep deprived from the school drama banquet last night, but I surprised myself on this one.

Last day of school for DS...sniff.

I agree with you on that. It is tough. Sniff Sniff indeed. You've had a great four years Conni! So has he. More to come....

Today I did a quick hardstrikes - main program only. My youngest DD was off to Montreal this am with the school. I had to get her there for 6:30 am.
