Hi ladies,

Postponing our Florida trip for a few weeks, which is okay by me. Holiday weekend coming up is enough for me to deal with.

Today was lower body - I love this rotation, but I just wanted to do a split this week, so I did Firm it Up this morning to go with the CTX Upper body from yesterday. Back to cardio tomorrow!
 
Hi everyone,

I didn't accomplish much fitness wise today. I managed 30 minutes of Tracey Mallett's Booty Barre 'cos I did it with my daughter Cecilia. She has been working out this week - just 20 minutes or so at a time. She's doing well. I was at the agency last night so too tired to workout this morning.... and, as I was about to workout when I got home - I had a spat with DH (I was totally the victim) which shifted my motivation immediately. Great!

Ah well.

Annette - I hope you figure out what is up - My sister recently had a lengthy bout with intestinal issues - seems it was possibly stress related for her. I hope it's not serious and hope even more that it goes away.

Conni - You star... always squeezing in a workout. "Did you ever know that you're my heeeeeeeroooooooooooooooooo? You're everything I wish I could beeeeeeeeee".

Carmen - I hope you are enjoying your family being around.

Hi everyone! The workouts are slipping by me....tonight I managed an evening stroll with mom. Yesterday we managed a walk too after dinner of pizza and wings... :confused:

Connie ur my workout hero too! I admire your commitment to your phyiscal fitness.

Siobhan - you do pretty good too....30 minutes is 30 minutes forward towards your fitness goals....

Annette - how are you feeling today?
