Good morning my friends in fitness,

This morning I felt tired (at agency last night) so I just did Tracey Staehle's Walking Stronger. It's a loooong workout. I stopped at 48 minutes of running/walking on incline with weights, upper body work etc...

What are your plans today?

Carmen - did you manage core max last night?

Conni - how are you? I think I am feeling your energy and want to wish you a good day and a good workout - (you never seem to need a boost for your workouts - you are a star when it comes to fitness)

Annette - I hope all is well

Today was awt - Jari's Slim and Lean.

I really wish the May rotation would get posted, I get going on these rotations and end up shaking my head wondering what to do next when these "gaps" come into play.

How are we all doing on our water intake??? Me? I am hit and miss, trying to focus today on that.
 
Hi ladies. We arrived to Georgia. We are spending the night in Ft. Stewart . It's an army base (my hubby is retired army lt colonel). Tomorrow we start out early for north Carolina. I am tired and ate too much on the ride up.

Siobhan i was up packing and getting ready for trip so I didn't get to work out last night.

Connie I'm pushing the water on this trip. But I think I'm gonna need some big time cardio soon!
