Good Morning,

Today I did Bob Harper Strength - feels more like a total body/cardio workout using weights with major dread factor. I only do this one every so often. I don't like his style much but find his workouts pretty tough.

Goodness, look at the time. Must jump into the shower. I hope everyone has a good day.

Hi ladies,

DH was up all night last night, just couldn't sleep and getting frustrated, so guess who else was up??? I really want to just lay down and go to sleep right now, but that isn't going to happen...coffee?????

Today was Cathe GS Legs and the abs from Tony Horton on TJ. I really like this leg workout, it is probably my favorite of Cathe's leg workouts.

I had no time to post this morning...couldn't get out of my own way! :confused: Today I did AOS Newport + 200 swings at the end.

Siobhan - The swings work arms, back, abs, legs plus there is a cardio factor. I mix them up on a daily basis. Some days I mix 2-handed, alternating and 1-arms. Other days do all alternating or all 2-handed or all 1-arm. For single arms I use my 12kg and for 2-handed use my 16kg. I do need a heavier kb for the 2 handed swings.
