LMR2E: "Elevated Total Body" dvd mix - 22 min.
Blender add-on: Lower Body Loop & Stretch" - 10 min.
YT-Hydrow- "Legs Only" Rowing Drill- 5 min.
YT-Regatta Fitness- " 10 min. Stretch On the Erg" (Rower)

Nora, I am alternating between Spril ropeless and Crossrope. It wasn't my knees, but mainly my right
wrist/hand/thumb that I have trouble with, especially with the weighted rope attachments. Not so much
the 1/4 lb at all, and the 1/2 lb isn't too bad, but I had later on gotten the 3/4 lb and that doesn't make my
wrist/hand feel too great if I use it very often, so I am just kind of alternating between all of them. I will
say I really like using the 1/4 lb attachments the best.
 
Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a 42 minute KB workout from Precision on YT (very tough). I added on a Cathe warm-up and will do my own stretch. Sorry to be MIA yesterday, like Nora, I also didn't sleep well the previous night.

Linda - great workouts, yesterday and today!!! I'm loving LMR2 as well :)
Nora - I hope your neck feels okay today and you can get in your workout

Great workout, Siobhan, with your Cathe warmup, then your 42 minute KB workout from Precision on YT.
Talking about Cathe's warmups, I often feel that alot of her warmups are like short workouts in themselves!
LOL! I love to put together some of Cathe's warmups together in a blender workout, doing several different
warmups as a workout!

Nora, I wanted to add to my above post about using CrossRopes, I ordered several pairs of Cathe's
camo gloves with the extra wrist support (they're on Clearance) and they are wonderful and really help
me alot with support in my hands/wrists. I love them.......I think I have gotten 3-4 pairs of them to have
on hand, since she's clearing out the inventory. I don't know if you have any issues with that, but if you
do, you might take a look at them.

What a fun mix of workouts and love the time efficient ones, good stuff! Oh, and thanks for the tip on Cathe wrist support gloves, I'll think about it.:)
