Beavs - Good workout yesterday, total Chalene!

Today was a rest day - I did Jari's Ripped Extreme whatever it is called, nice change from the SP workouts.

I think we are going to the disability lawyer today, if DH feels up to it, 50/50 chance at the moment, I think.

Watched Silence of the Lambs with DS last night, he has never seen it..
Needless to say I didn't get much sleep...:confused:
 
Conni...I have never seen that movie either! It would give me nightmares forever. Hell, some of the Law & Order episodes freak me out (although I a huge L&O fan!). Good luck with everything today.

Tammy...I do hope you are feeling better. I was going to text you but didn't want to disturb you if you were sleeping.

Carmen...I too am curious to hear what you have on tap today.

Today's workout is 3 minutes of cardio followed with abs. I am thinking 4DS Kickbox might be a good choice with the abs work tacked on.
 
Wow Beavs, you only need 3 minutes of cardio? Put me on your rotation,immediately!:D

Our appointment has been rescheduled for Thursday, which is fine. Whatever works, you know?
 
Hi Everybody! This month I'm going to follow all Bodyrock.tv workouts. They are short and intense. Today's workout is called counter-strike fat workout. It is 12 min long and is a combination consisting of 3 walking pushups, hop to one side then lunge to the side, hop to the other side then lunge to the side. That is one set. Challenge is to see how many I can do in 12 min. I get to use my Gymboss timer. Love that little thing.

Connie - Thanks for starting us off. Best of luck on Thursday.

Beaves - Enjoy that KB, I like that one except I think there is too much jacks in the begining, my calf cramps up.

D'oh!!! Of course I meant 30 minutes of cardio. My three minutes of cardio was running to catch my train to work this morning! Sorry COnni. No special rotation for you!! :p

Carmen....those damn Bodyrock things are insane! If you can survive going hardcore for twelve minutes you deserve a night on the couch with a trashy magazine!
 
I did 23 combos. It was actually more, I lost count after 23. who can concentrate on counting when working like that. :eek:

I guess I'm offically a bodyrocker. :p

Got to hit the showers, that was a sweaty one.

I'm here!!

Had to be to work @ 6am this morning, so no time for a workout which was a good thing as I'm still not feeling all that great. Having said that, I did a short treadmill workout after work.

Conni ~ Thanks for getting us started. My Supreme 90s came today :D Have to decide on a start date now.

Beavs ~ I slept off and on yesterday. I got an email from fleet feet and Judy is doing a presentation on marathon training 3/17, makes me almost want to sign up for a marathon!! ;)

Carmen ~ That Zuzana chick is crazy! Great job!!
