Good Morning Fit Chicks!

CC#3 this morning. I'm still feeling tired and I just don't want to get on that treadmill, but hopefully after the first 10 minutes I'll be okay. I think I'm catching what Jane had...I just don't wanna.

ETA: The grad party was great. The weather was PERFECT, the food was delish :9 and the company fantastic. Everyone had a great time.

Wendy ~ I'm taking a week off from weights this week. Do you just do your regular workouts?

Aw Tammy, I hate that ! But I like your idea, give it 10 minutes. If you're not into it by then, listen to your body and give it another day of rest !

Today is back PUBx2 and BM2 and some sort of cardio. MAYBE a CC or iTread.....

Last night was a short night again. Awake by 3:30. (I go to bed at 11:00):(
I would LOVE to find out what the deal is !
I've talked to several doctors about it.....while in the hospital last year, plus my family dr and gyn. and they all say sleeping pills. Maybe that's the way I will have to go. I just can't imagine why NO ONE wants to figure out WHY I suddenly don't sleep much/well anymore!!!:eek:

Well, I just got up and have less then an hour to do a work out if I want to...Yeah-I'm skippin' it baby!:p :7 Rest day for me!

Tammy: When I took my recovery week I did no weight work, just cardio, yoga and some abs.

Becky: Sorry about your short night. I slept last night thank goodness but when I woke up and looked at the time at 4am I was afraid I was done. Thankfully, though, I fell right back to sleep.

Off to the zoo with me! I may enjoy this MORE then my son!:+

Tammy, why are you taking a week off of weights? Just mixing it up a bit?

Becky, Yikes, I would dread working my back x2. I don't like back work. Maybe the Dr thinks that by the time he figures out what's messing up your sleep, it'll be back to normal. Dunno! Lack of sleep is a true downer, so I hope SOMETHING works for you.

ETA: Wendy have a great time at the zoo? Which one are you going to? Phila? Cape May?

Greetings to all of you ladies :)
Last night I did High Step Circuit and was a bit winded :eek: (I really have an understanding now of how much stress can slow one down. Yikes!)I'll see what strikes my fancy this evening as I cannot decide whether to keep it light or step it up a little so that I can get back into the groove of things.

I'll be going on vacation and taking KPC and KM with me. Any CC recommendations for walking (in case I don't have access to a tread mill or elliptical)?
 
I did PUB and BM2 back and 30 minute stationary bike.
Just needed a break from step and power walking.
It felt good.....was the change I needed today!

Time to hit the shower!:D

I will be glad when this rotation is over, it has not been one of my favs - and I have been subbing workouts right and left!:7
Anyways, today was SS and Stretchmax 2, I just couldn't do another week of heavy lifting, a real snoozer at this point for me. SS was a pleasant change, I was thinking of trading this dvd, but now I am not so sure....

Today I have CC #4 slated for my workout but I'm dealing with the I don't wanna blues :( I really don't like feeling this way :::sigh:::

On a good note I did preorder yesterday.

At least I'm still keeping my eating 'clean & tidy' lol
 
Vilma ~ We're going to have to start a "I just don't wanna" thread...LOL! I hate feeling this way too. I don't usually struggle with my workouts :(

Conni ~ Sometimes it takes doing a DVD a few times before it meshes with you.

Becky ~ Great workout! Do you have a sleep center in your area? It's one of those places where they monitor you during the night to find out what's going on while you sleep. I think it would take something like that to get to the cause of your sleeping problems.

Beavs ~ Any of the cc's would be adaptable to walking. Have you tried the iTreads? There are a few of those made just for walking.

Phyllis ~ I'm taking a week off from weights just to give the ole muscles a rest.

Wendy ~ Thanks for the recovery week info, that's kind of what I have planned. Hope you had a great time at the zoo.


I also ordered the new workouts, but I don't know how to fit them into my rotations. My boss wants me to go full-time soon, and I'm not sure how to fit my workouts in. I know plenty of people work full-time and manage to exercise, but I am truly a morning exerciser and that won't be do-able on my new work schedule. :(
 
Well the zoo was fun but my glutes and hams have been KILLING me all day long from GS legs and my EXT work out y'day! OMG! :eek: }( :D I don't have any lower body work on tap for tomorrow so I am hoping this DOMS subsides in time for my spin class on thursday or I'll be CRYIN'! LOL :p
