Good day fitness buddies! Today was LL for me, followed by CM 2. I'm seeing more definition in my arms after following fitnessfreak's Get REady for Summer rotation. However, I do need more cardio as my belly has a layer of fat over it that needs to be gone. So, depending on what Cathe comes up with, I'd like to do a combo of cardio and upper body. Maybe a week of cardio then a week of UB and so forth. What do all of you think? Should I break up the week rather than solid cardio all week? Have a good day.
