Phyllis, I had a better night's sleep last night ! THANK you for asking.:D I went to sleep around 11 and didn't wake up until 5:15 !
I feel HUMAN this morning!!!!:7 :eek:

I just finished shoulders, PS & BM2 , Amazing Step Styles 1-5 and Amy Bento Abs #1 . It was around 70 minutes and a GOOD workout.}(

Today was SIU. I really like these workouts, I only wish Debbie's follow up would have been equal to these in quality...

Good Morning Ladies.

I am changing some things around in my rotation for the remainder of the week in order to 1)go to the gym with DH tmrw evening and 2)run with my friend in the park Sunday morning.

With that said, I am doing my usual for a thursday which is morning spin and evening yoga but I am plunking in nap time GS Legs floor work as well!

My upper body is feelin' it from y'day's work out! WOOH!}(

I am in a bad pms week feeling the 'I don't wanna blues' plus having to run around for everyone here ugh. I need to find my 'me' time again doesn't help that I have the husband home during my workout times and using my workout space :( But I have been using my treadmill not as much as I'd like but it's still something. The good thing is I'm keeping tabs on my clean eating for the most part :D

I'll start up Cathe's June rotation again for July unless she throws out something I want to work with.

Howdy folks..... I have that "I don't wanna" feeling too. YUCK...

I have, however, been trying to jump start my workouts. I did a 30 min power walk and S&H shoulders Tuesday, last night I did Butts & Guts standing legs and abs premix, and I'm lucking to be walking today. The DOMS is something else after an exercise hiatus.

I'm getting ready to do BM2 cardio and weights premix.
 
Jane ~ Ooh...BM2 cardio/weights is awesome! Someone will be dripping with sweat soon.

Vilma ~ I'm finding it hard to fit it all in too :(

Wendy ~ Can you bottle up some of your energy please ;)

Conni ~ What are your rotation plans for July?

Phyllis ~ The orientation fee was for my son!!! The students are staying overnight but I'm still mad to have to pay for mandatory orientation on top of the lovely tuition bill they sent us a month ago :(
 
Tammy, When I get some back I will certainly bottle it for ya but after 2 workouts and ragin' u/b DOMS I am pretty beat!}(
 
Oh Tammy, I was certainly dripping!! First time doing that one. I thought is would match up nicely with my Butts and Guts workout yesterday so I can be sore all over my body!:+

Wendy - joining you on the raging DOMS, today in the LB, tomorrow - all over!

It's nice to be back... at least I'm hope I'm back.
