Good Morning Friends,

Today I did my own Cathe WB of ICE/S&S cardio moves mixed in with S&S Giant Sets Lower Body moves. Giant Sets is such a gem of a workout. I added on biceps/shoulders from High Reps and Power Hour. Wow. I forgot how great high reps is. very tough. I know Power Hour so well that I say Cathe's lines before she does. They just pop in my head and I think wow, how do I know this? How many times have I done this workout? Her abs look well worked in power hour.

Great workouts yesterday ladies. Henriette - so nice to see you checking in. When will you be able to get back at it? How are you feeling? Any more healed?

Good morning girls, since no CatheLive today, I did my Vertical Loading blender workout, I really enjoyed my
Efforts in blending this one, an hour long, but it went by so fast. Also did a Jenny Craig indoor walk workout
Using toning balls for some strength ( actually Leslie Sansone leads the walk, but this one was part of a Jenny
Craig walking program that Leslie did). Hope to go to the fitness center later and plan on a cycle workout there.
