This morning I did 4DS legs + Chest/Back/Shoulders. I am really liking 4DS weights.

Have a great day everyone and enjoy your workouts. It's almost the weekend and next weekend is another loooong one for me - 4 days!

Hi ladies,

Today was upper body - I did Amy's Drop Sets upper body and core. I suffered through that goofy warm up, but it was a good workout.

DH still in rough shape, no change, and I am wondering just how long he will be in the hospital. I just hope they find out what is wrong at this point, and soon.

Hi ladies no workout for me yesterday or today but I will be back at it tomorrow.

Connie I pray the doctors are able to help your husband and he begins to feel better soon. Stay strong!
