Good Morning! Well March will be going out with a huge ROAR here, as we are expecting 6-12" of snow tonight into tomorrow :mad::mad:

Today is STS Disc #29 - Plyo Legs. I also have to get some walking in today as yesterday I slacked and my weight was up 1.2 pounds this morning...really? Is that even possible in one day??

Conni ~ I am a little ticked off that the downloads don't included premixes.

Good morning, glad the month is finally over. I feel I've been working out so hard that I almost feel like taking the next month off.

Today is the last bodyrock workout for this month. its a 12 min intense total body workout I will check back with my results. (I may do SP 90 Cardio Challenge I'll let you know which I end up doing).

Zumba/fitclub was a good workout last night but I've decided that I'm a little too fit for this fit club. I felt I was at a differnt level that 90% of that class. I took it to the max and got a good workout tho.

My boss should be out of office all day today...yay!

Tammy - We got snow yesterday, about 3-4 inches, but it is melting already. I hope you get spared!

My boss is out for the rest of the week, I have the entire office to myself in this area. Blasting some tunes and getting my groove on!

Today was rest day - I did TJ Punch, Kick and Jam, then TF Core 20.

Zumba requires waaaayy too much coordination for me... :eek:

Today was S90 Total body. Good workout! I keep reaching for these videos because they're short but effective. Hopefully I can get back to STS in the next few days.
