Good Morning! Today I'll be doing Lauren Brooks Volume One.

Conni ~ Video malfunctions really tick me off, especially when I only have a limited time to work out.

as I have a drs appt.

Good morning,
Today I did Cardio Power from 4DS. It's a sweat fest. I have a headache. I only had decaf coffee this morning which is not enough. I need caffeine. I will do abs later.
At least it's Friday and we have a long weekend here this weekend. Victoria Day on Monday.
And Tammy - I am a June Cancer - aka - bossy boots.
