Good morning!! It's Friday!!!

Today calls for a bike ride but I don't have a bike, stationary or otherwise, so I'll be taking it to the TM for a power walk.

HSTA yesterday was fun but I was so sore from the bonus burn!! Can you believe it? My chest and triceps were the worst and it should be layering on today!

Today is supposed to be a LB day for me, but based on how my legs feel right now, it may be a YOGA day....75 minutes of non-stop spinning has my legs feeling quite worked out right now.

Good FROZEN FRIDAY Morning !

It's -1 here this morning and I am TRYING to talk myself into getting out of my warm winter jammies and putting on my workout clothes and so far, I'm not listening !! BRRRRRRRR:eek:

I am planning a power TM walk too. Jane, I am wondering if you are wearing the hiking/aerobic shoes for walking too, or not ? I can't decide. I wore them doing BM2 yesterday and LOVED the lateral support as I did the across the step moves and other side to side type moves! AWESOME!:7
We are planning on getting out and doing more walking & hiking this weekend if it warms up and I'll be wearing them then for sure!

Hi everyone,

Coming to end of this rotation, thank goodness.

Today was Kelly's Cardio Kicks step boxing. I had a ball, and then I realized I was doing it on a 6 inch step instead of 8 . Oh crap.
Well, I didn't switch up because I thought I had earned a little break on my knees with all the cardio we had this month. So there!

Today is heavy tri's/bi's and abs for me today.

I just got Turbo Jam and the weighted gloves delivered y'day. I plan on trying it out tmrw! I can't wait!:)

A 3 mile TM walk (including 5 min. w/u & 5 min. c/d) in 42 min.
is done.
I'm going to do some core and extended stretch to finish off for a good Friday workout !

Hey Beck!

I got the original TJ with Learn and Burn and the gloves in it. The one dvd has several work outs on it and then there's a separate DVD with another work out on it. If I like 'em I will be buying more!}(

well I tell ya this month I have been horrible at staying consistent to this month's rotation - today I did nothing but run errands in town and i have no desire to workout at all :( my energy level is at an all time low today blech

I honestly think I'm going to pick my favorite make me happy workouts for the rest of the month and do whatever I want - Imax2 comes to mind along with Low Max

I need to reevaluate what i want to do for next week and focus on being consistent x(

sorry to sound so grumpy but something is just not clicking with me this month as far as my rotation

I saw part of the informercial the other day for Maximum Results with the gloves that looked pretty good. That's why I was wondering......
I have a few of the older ones that I DO like, but use them for an easy day once in a while. I was hoping MR was more advanced.

Vilma, Hang in there ! I'm with you ! I've been that way all month. But it's okay, it really doesn't matter who's picking out our work outs, as long as we're working out .;-)

Vilma... I am so there with you. Motivation and consistency has been down the tubes for me for the past few months. Maybe one of these days I'll get it together. Remember though, even if we are working out three times a week, we are still doing more than probably 90% of America! We just set out bar so high... sometimes we fall short of what we expect from ourselves.
