Becky - It frosted up here last night..buurrrrrr. The good news is Sherman slept all night and got up around 5:30am ( which is fine by me).

Today is HIS on the rotation, and I will add an ab section by Amy on to it.
In Laws coming over today, but is supposed to hit 60 so it should be much nicer to be outside.

Good Morning Glories!

My back is still sore, I can't wait to call the doctor in the morning. I hope I can get an appointment.

I'm going to go downstairs and walk on the treadmill...it is the only thing I can do right now.

I am going to have dinner at my Mom's today, we are celebrating my sister's birthday.

Connie, we had frost too !!! I got up at 5:00 to 30 degrees !!!!!
NOT acceptable ! ha

Tammy, I feel so bad for you. I know how bad back pain makes you feel . I hope you can get into the dr. PRONTO !!!

We didn't get to hike yesterday. We drove all the way to park and it was closed-to do a childrens pumpkin patch . So we walked an hour on the path by the river instead.

We're getting ready to go hike. It's still only 57, so I better go put on some layers!!!
