Huh?? What's going on? Did I miss a memo about cancelling the daily check in for today? I can't believe it's almost 11am Mountain Standard Time, and this thread hasn't been started yet. And I'm not getting it off to a good foot, either, because I'm checking in to report that I didn't do a workout yesterday, either. I was still feeling drained from the fever, etc, so I gave myself another day off. Thanks to those of you who wished me well yesterday. It seems to have worked :) I'm feeling normal again today (no sore mammary gland either!), so I'm going to do a Christi Taylor step workout this afternoon; probably "Still Steppin'".

What's everyone else up to?

Good afternoon Sandra... 1 p.m. here. I am going to work out in a few. I'm glad you are feeling better today.

I am mixing up the Feb rotation a bit. Since I am not following the rotation on the days that Cathe wrote them, I am having to swap some w/o's around. I did PLB Thurs and PUB Friday and there was suppose to be a rest day between PUB and long cardio day (which was yesterday for me) and I didn't take the rest day.

Soooooo... I am switching the next two days. Instead of working the upper body today, I am working the lower. The rotation calls for LL, but I don't have that one so I'll be doing PS Legs (skip the abs) and then CoreMax #3.

Tomorrow I'll work the upper body, it calls for CTX UB and I don't have that one either, so I'll be doing Superset Upper Body Blast premix.

I have to write a book to explain everything, why is this?:p :+

Hi Sandra! Glad you're feeling a little better today. Resting after the fever was probably the best thing. Do you like the Christi Taylor workouts?

I did Billy Blanks Bootcamp Basic Training this morning. It was a good workout but I think I can skip right to the advanced. Guess I'll see what I feel like in the morning. I felt like I could do more when I was done, but about 1/2 hour after that I started to feel all the muscles I worked tightening up.

Going out to eat with DH for his BD and watch the Daytona 500.

Well I didn't know if I'd make it. I set out for an 18 mile part trail part road run. But thank god I did it!!!! The last 4 miles what I would do is every time I hit a mile I'd walk a minute. This makes me feel really good after being so tired....:)...

I do need CTX Carole!!! That is going to be my next purchase. I'll probably wait until Cathe has another presale and pick it up then when I preorder.

I finished PS Legs and I went ahead and did the abs too. DH came home when I was starting the floor work and he kept asking me every little bit, "how much longer, how much longer"... he wanted the living room TV.x(

Anyway, I just did the PS abs and will stick CoreMax #3 on another day.
 
I did a really odd workout today. It was sort of an ADD mish-mosh.

HSC warm up and cardio only
SJP all four hi/lo segments
25 minute run

I also did triceps.

Today is my rest day and it's great timing. I have a head cold that I never could've managed a work out with....okay, maybe some weights but not cardio...NO WAY! I wanted to start up the January rotation tomorrow (Body Max is up!:eek:) but if I still feel like this maybe I'll just do the u/b weight section and leave the rest for when I am feeling better....

I had DH doing part of PUB this morning. He wants to build strength for bowling so he did the shoulder, bi and tri work...he thinks Cathe is nuts! LOL }( He liked the work out though and said he'd continue to use it. I told him to do it 2x per week. If he stays with it then maybe I'll introduce him to the GS series in a few weeks!;)

What a BEAUTIFUL family!!! OMG! You are all so gorgeous! The pic of little Kate in the snowsuit is beyond words! It is darling! THANK YOU sooo much for sharing! You made me smile!

Ofcourse for some odd reason I had you pictured with blonde hair... I always have images of a person in my mind before I see a pic and undoubtedly get it all wrong! :p I ALWAYS picture a Sandra or a Sandy with light hair and I have yet to meet one where that holds true! LOL

Jane: I agree w/Carole, CTX is a must have. Enjoy the SS UBB tomorrow. I did that one a few weeks back and really enjoyed it.

Tammy - sounds like a good workout. Oh I never answered the colleges we are looking at 2 local (Babson and Holy Cross) and Union in NY. I love these trips before the pressure is so crazy.

I did S&H Legs and Shoulders. Guess I'm doing S&H rotation!
