Sherman wants me to tell you all thanks for the birthday wishes, he had a great day, lots of romping, and cake!

I have yet to figure out where the Cathe Egg tour is going, hopefully a list will get posted today sometime. I only hope Ohio is somewhere on the map!

Tamster - congrats on the promotion, I hope it is an exciting step in your life!

Today is going to be a goofy workout day - I am doing SYTYCD fit dvd cardio and then ab hits and a stretch segment from something. Tomorrow I plan on starting the August rotation, with subs of course!

I'm glad Sherman had a good birthday , Connie. Fingers are crossed here too that we see Ohio on the list !!!!!

Tammy- congrats !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fantastic news (except the part that you won't be here as often )

Going to hike today. Hoping to do the 6.2 mile trail but we'll see . It's also clean out garage and paint the laundry room day.

I can't decide between the Aug. rotation and CLX for Aug. Whatever I do, I'll start tomorrow.

Extremely short night last night but I am determined to make today a great day!!!!
