Didn't feel like doing much, but I did Rumble for the second time just to get myself going.
It really is pretty good, you have lots of opportunity to really get into the "fighting" aspect, imo, which produces a good sweat for me. The stretch segment was too far "out there" for me. As a dancer I am used to long lengthening stretches, and this was just too shocking to the muscle, imo. I also did some crunches, etc.
