Daily Check In - Saturday July 19th

Okay girls where are my daily check in buds at?

New forums are up and sure looks all shiny & new

I just checked out the workout manager and WOW!

I need to really try all the new features out.

Today and yesterday turned out as rest Days as Mother Nature left me her monthly gift along with all the pangs that come with it .

Today turned into a rest day for me since I slept late! Now I'm up late playing on the forums, so I may not get up in time to workout tomorrow!!LOL

I'm up real late tonight because I have to go play taxi for oldest DD who doesn't get off till midnight.

She got promoted the day after her 18th birthday and is a crew leader now at her job at Cold Stone Creamery and is locking up tonight.

I told her she needs to just go get her driver license soon - this mama bear needs her rest for her early am workouts

I'm still poking around the new site and liking what I see.

Some areas I will need to figure out esp. the workout manager part but that'll come in time.

Hey Vilma and all, I'm not sure if this is the right check-in, but here I am. I'm overwhelmed by all the new stuff! I'm sure I'll get it figured out eventually -- some of the features look so cool.

I was going to do drill max today and then I realized I have loaned it to a friend who I'm hoping to get hooked on Cathe. So, I did the BC/ME combo premix for the first time -- fun workout, as people have been saying.

Vilma, I hope you are feeling better soon!

Our check in is the Jul 08 one but its okay
Until we all figure out how to see all the threads on here the way we want ; we'll deal with a bit of growing pains right?

Its confusing but they say change is good right?
