Hello everyone!

I figured I'd post early today, since I am always the last (or very near last) well after you have all posted. I've missed our back and forth!

Today will be a cardio (KPC or Imax3 depending on what mood I'm in later!) I've been doing GS this week, I love those DVDs! I've had a lower intensity week (doing premixes all around) due to my energy going in other places. Work has been crazy but we finished the project yesterday.

My daughter left last Sunday for Quebec City and is having a wonderful time. Hooray! Next week she leaves for France :) Ah to be young again.

My best guy friend (perhaps you remember me posting about him - he is going through a divorce - we weren't sure where to take things - ended out being very close friends) leaves this week for a month (business) is back for a week and then gone for a year. We have become so close and talk daily (even weekends). I'm going to miss him A LOT but thanks to internet we should be in touch (we need to figure out the time zones)! Heard from a guy (also going through a divorce) who has been wonderful to my son, and we are going to meet up for coffee or drinks! Should be nice.

Work has been crazy but my boss and boss's boss both told me yesterday how valuable I am, it was nice. I got a call for a phone screeen next week :) I dont think I'm qualified but nice I got that far!

A contractor called back about doing work on our house and he will come by next week (he has done work for us in the past). I'm updating my kitchen and den. Hooray! My furniture will come at the end of Jan :)

Anyhow that's it. I'll post after I workout!

Hey Robyn and others who follow,

Today will be catch up day. Thurs and Fri were unexpected take off days. So today I have S&H tri's/PH tri's and LG standing ankle wts leg work. Will put in abs from KPC.

So if I complete tomorrows, I will have finished week 1 of the rotation I'm doing.

Robyn: Enjoy your cardio...you can't go wrong with either KPC or IM3! I also love the GS workouts....they are just great!

Kim: Your triceps are going to be screaming! I love the music in L&G.

I am doing a KPC premix using both KPC and L&G. AbRipperX and maybe some upper body. Got in a great nights sleep last night..:)...I'll be watching the Football playoffs too...(duh)...:7

Good Morning Girls!:)

I am jolly this morning as I feel like a 20-something single again! LOL :p I went out last night with "the girls" and didn't get in until 2am! I slept until 10am this morning and am now the only one in the house with the exception of the dog! It's like a super-mini-vacation! ;) Joey is at my SIL's for the night and DH is working half a day today.

Well, I finally completed a week of the Slim Series...it only took something ridiculous like NINE days! LOL

Yesterday: Tear It Up & Low Max Intervals 4-7 on 8".

Today: I'm starting a new mini-rotation I created (10 days) today. It will be Shape It Up and 30 mins of heavy upper body work.

Robyn, I'm glad your daughter is having a great time!

Kim, good for you on almost completing the first week of a rotation!

Tammy, sounds like a nice variety in your work out today. Enjoy it!

Jane, enjoy your run.

Carole, I've done a couple of the L&G/KPC premixes. They are goodies! Enjoy!

Oh and by the way...can anyone explain how one can lose 3 pounds in just a few days!?!? I know it's got to be fluke but I have NEVER in my life seen such a drastic fluctuation in my weight in such a short period of time in my life!!! :eek: Must admit...would be nice if it were NOT a fluke!;)

Robyn, you really don't need to be young to go to France :p

I was feeling really well this morning, took the doggies out twice for very long walks, but right after lunch I felt tired and sleepy. So as a w/o I watched the XC championchips in Edinburgh which were on the BBC. And that was so tiring, I fell right asleep when the broadcast finished :+ :+ I'm a real trooper, arent I?

Last night I did KPC. That workout sure felt a lot easier after doing KickMax once or twice a week for the last month.

Robyn - I would love to visit Quebec City. I've been to Montreal a few times, but understand that QC is quite a beautiful city. It sounds like you have a lot going on in your life right now.

Kim - good work on completing a week of a rotation, despite the inevitable things that attempt to get in the way.

Tammy - you appear to have a good workout lined up for today. Enjoy! Yes, the time does really fly by when it comes to raising kids. Do those wretched teenage years go by as fast as the first adorable five years? :)

Jane - It's great to be back, chatting with you too! I think that January rotation would do me in, that's for sure! Pretty intense stuff! I haven't done PUB for about 6 weeks, and I miss it. I love that workout. So effective!

Carole - cheers to you too! Thanks for the compliment on my "cat". I'm going to add a few more pics soon. I love the LG/KPC premixes. Enjoy!!!

Wendy - maybe the three pounds is from dehydration? Did you imbibe last night? Just a guess. It sounds like you're having a great day. That's wonderful.

Dutchie - what are the XC Championships? The dogs must have loved all the walking this morning!

I'll be doing Power Hour later on today. I look forward to the shoulder routine, but am dreading the plie squats and lunges.

Carole: Great workout...sounds fun! I got AbRipperX in the mail today with Shoulders & Arms and CoreSynergistics - will try them out next week. Do you have the P90 Masters series?

Have fun watching football...is your team still in it or do you just love football?

Sandra: The teenage years are indeed wretched. There is a reason why God sends them as sweet, adoreable babies...if they were sent as teenagers, you would never have more than one! Great workout, by the way.
 
Hey Sandra! Great to "see" you here again! I was wondering where you have been, girl! Missed ya! :) Yes, as a matter of fact, I had about 2.5 beers last night over the course of 3-4 hours. I drank water when I got home. I didn't think it would affect me as it wasn't a lot but I guess that's probably what happened! Good thinkin'!;)

Hey Tammy! Yeah, I had a good time. It had been a while since I'd been out like that with just "the girls". It was nice.

Well, Shape It Up is done. I re-evaluated my rotation plan and decided that adding heavy u/b work to SS is over-kill for me so I'm leaving it out. I'm simply going to rotate the SS series with alternate days of cardio and abs until I have done each SS work out one time a piece. Once I've gotten thu them all (again) I will create a new mini-rotation for myself.

Just finished doing S&H tri's and PH tri's and they are screaming at me hard! I didn't realize that it would burn so much! I am shaking as I write this. Tammy you weren't kidding!

Will do legs later today since me and dh got invited for dinner at the last minute. It will be done before bed tonight!

Hi everyone,

Hope everyone enjoyed their workouts today. I enjoyed mine. Today was Kenpo X. I just realized this evening that I was supposed to also do AbRipper X yesterday. I'm too tired to do it today so I think I'll add it to my stretching tomorrow.

Tammy...No I didn't get the P90 Master series. Try Core Synergistics once a week....it really shows you how strong you core is. Shoulders & Arms is about my Fav P90X and AbRipperX will kill your abs!! I just LOVE football...most of my fav teams are not in the playoffs. I'd like to see Pittsburgh and Chicago advance but you never know.

Sandra...I think it's great you have been doing KM! Those Leg conditioning drills kill me. But KPC is still my fav. I posted my Picture trail too if you want to see some of my faV pictures. Happy to see you back...:)

Pam...you will have to let me know how you like AbRipperX!

I did the long version of KPC and L&G (82 min premix) and the KPC abs instead of AbRipperX....:)...Carole
