Thanks for getting things started today. Beautiful day here, we are going to take Sherman to the dog park for some serious running time.
I should have done MM, but that gets enough time on this rotation for me to fairly swap it out.
I did Margaret Richard's Perfect 10, Workout 1 and 2. I added some ab work, even though the ab work was intense, it was still short for me. Combining both workouts gave me an hour of toning. The bicep work was not strong, but there were enough push ups to make me feel that the upper body was dealt with pretty fairly. The rest of the upper body has good sections, and the I added ankle weights to the lower body work to really fry my legs.
