Carmen - The water weight gain is mentioned in the guide that comes with Xtrain under the topic of bulking when weight training.

Siobhan - HC is not on my fav list, I barely got through that thing!

Catching up -
Saturday - Legs Xtrain.
Sunday - Christi's new Cinnamon Spice Dance workout - FUN!!! and I added CLX extreme abs.

Today was Tabatasize premix 3 ( 1-3 and core 1). Not really that fun, but what Tabata workouts are?

Good workouts.

Today I took it easy and did Lean & Chiselled with Andrea Rogers. Yesterday I added on Yoga Relax premix 2 to stretch out my body. I can't believe how much I dissed Cathe's yoga in the beginning. I prefer it to any stretch DVD I own now.
