Hi ladies,

Sorry I absent yesterday - too much going on with the last day of the show. I did workout - did TF Hiit 15, and then GS CT Timesaver Premix.

Great performances, and all sold out as well. DS is just a freshman, but he really enjoyed his role and can't wait to do more. Now this week he is going to Chicago with the Orchestra for a competition and some fun.
Yikes....

Okay - I sense we are all feeling serious eating pangs in regards to sugar, carbs, and the like. Well, count me in. Carmen - I like the water thing, I neglect my intake badly. I am on that today for my focus.


Today was a rest day - I did Christi's Totally Hot Cardio and abs.

Good morning ladies! Unfortunately I have something scheduled for the next three days that may get in the way of my workouts. But I will check in and route you on!

Yesterday's drink more water challenge went well. I'm going to keep that the focus today and try to limit my sweet intake today to only one treat at some point today....but I just realized how many of the foods I eat has sugar in it :confused:

rest day for me too today. It feels about time. Hopefully, I'll be back at it tomorrow.

And yes - I had a little chocolate today and a few small bites of the kids cake - that's it. Not bad for me. I usually take in about 500 calories in junk a day. It used to be around 200 - slippery slope. I commit to watching the sugar intake. I take in a ton of water already.
